Traffic Management Plan

Church Street will be closed, between Gloucester Street to the north and Carlton Street to the south, on Friday, October 31, 2025 from 6:00pm to 2:00am.

Dundonald Street will temporarily become a two-way street between Church Street and Yonge Street.

Maitland Street will temporarily become a two-way street between Church Street and Yonge Street.

Alexander Street will temporarily become a two-way street between Church Street and Yonge Street and between Church Street and Mutual Street.

Residents of Axis condos (85 Wood Street) will have uninterrupted access to their underground parking garage. A two-lane chute in the northbound curb lane on Church Street from Carlton Street.

 

Safety Plan

There will be 13 security guards at road closure barricades from 6pm to 2am.

There will be 8 Paid Duty Officers stationed at Gloucester Street, Wellesley Street on the East and West side of Church Street, and Carlton Street. With an additional 8 paid duty officers patrolling the event.

 

Noise Exemptions

There will be live performances on stage in the parking lot beside Crews & Tangos at 512 Church Street on Friday, October 31 from 5:00pm-11:59pm and Saturday, November 1 from 7:00pm-11:59pm

 

Waste Management Plan

15 Portable Toilets, including 2 that are accessible, will be located near the stage in the parking lot beside Crews & Tangos at 512 Church Street.

15 Portable Toilets, including 3 that are accessible, will be located in front of 572 Church Street (the old Beer Store lot).

13 pairs of garbage and recycling bins will be located all throughout the event footprint.
